Microgreens Workshop
August 27 @ 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm PDT
Join Disabled Independent Gardeners Association At Creekside Community Centre on August 27th for a workshop on Microgreens, presented by DIGA Program Assistant Keith Man.
In this workshop, Keith will discuss the concentrated nutrient content offered by microgreens, with many microgreens being rich in potassium, iron, zinc, magnesium and copper while offering antioxidant properties.
After discussing the health benefits of microgreens, Keith will show you how to grow microgreens at home.

Staff, volunteers, and clients are part of a team and expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. This means that physical harm, verbal or written abuse, harassment of any kind, and any bullying behaviour will not be tolerated. Anyone found to have committed conduct prohibited by the societies is subject to disciplinary actions as deemed fit by the Executive Director, up to and including removal from the programs.
